Completed and ongoing tasks:

• Below grade waterproofing ongoing.

• Concrete footings and foundation walls ongoing.

• Erection of elevator core walls ongoing.

• Installation of below grade utilities ongoing.

• Major structural steel in fabrication.

• Temporary electrical power was installed and generator removed from site.

Construction activities next month:

• Continuation of concrete footings, foundation walls, and underground utilities.

• Start concrete slab on grade at basement level.

• Curtainwall material will be released for fabrication.

Process related activities:

• Final Design and Construction Contract Award for full GMP was approved at the School Board meeting
