Sealink International Berhad Group (“SIB”) is an Integrated Service

Provider which owns, operates and builds a diverse fleet of offshore marine

support vessels (“OSV”), serving the global offshore oil and gas exploration

and production industry. SIB started operations as a tug and barge operator

and has shifted its focus on a variety of other OSVs.

SIB has a young fleet of marine support vessels predominantly focused on

the global oil & gas sector. Its vessels cater to a wide base of reputable

clients from all parts of the world.

SIB owns two shipyards, located in Miri, Sarawak.

Benefits of the Integrated Service Provider Model

SIB has a strong strategic planning team that is able to evaluate the following :-

o current usage for OSVs in the different parts of the world

o evaluating the types of OSVs required for future use

o incorporate new designs and latest requirements into the new OSVs

The OSVs designed and constructed by SIB are more durable and user friendly

as SIB constantly improves its designs based on continuous feedbacks from our

Chartering Division

SIB is able to customise the OSVs to suit the needs of charterers / buyers as

SIB has its own fabrication yard

SIB is able to implement a “Build and Sell” and charter strategy for its OSVs as

SIB fully understands the market dynamics

BUSINESS UPDATE - Chartering Division

• The long term order book from the above vessels are approximately RM235m ranging from

1 year to 7 years

• Approx 60% of the revenue p.a. are from long term charters

• Approx 20% of our revenue are from operations outside Malaysia

• Most of the 42 vessels are being chartered out except for 3 vessels for SIB’s own use

• SIB would increase and modernise its chartering fleet to cater for the deeper water

operations.

• SIB has a young fleet of vessels with an average age of around than 6 years

• SIB had taken delivery of 2 hybrid multi purpose AHTS

• SIB’s fleet of vessels can be utilised for all O&G activities from exploration, construction,

production and decommissioning 12

BUSINESS UPDATE – Shipbuilding Division

• The value of the vessels under consideration are approx RM500m

•The vessels are expected to complete within the next 6-18 months

•Approx 30% -40% of above vessels will be retained for the chartering division for expansion

and modernisation whilst remaining will be sold

• We will construct more hybrid PSVs to cater to the deep water requirements

•Venturing into hybrid vessels

•Good relationship with other shipyards in region

• SIB owns 2 fabrication yards in Miri, Sarawak for the building of vessels as follows:

(i) Krokop Yard measuring 11,000 m2

(ii) Kuala Baram Yard measuring 240,000 m2

• Key Production Facilities:

(i) 10 building berths (able to accommodate vessels sizes of up to 100m)

(ii) Fabrication buildings and workshops with overhead cranes

(iii) Complete set of heavy lifting equipment, ie 250 MT crawler cranes

(iv) Storage and metal fabrication facilities

(v) Slipway to accommodate and repair vessels up to 100m

(vi) Plasmacutter for cutting steel

(vii) Shipconstructor software to manage all 3D design work
