MARY: The clerks asked her,
VALE: Which shoes do you choose?
MARY: Katie said,
BEL: I want shoes that are braggy, not baggy.
MARY AND VALE: (thinking about it) Hmmm. Let me see.
VALE: We have small shoes,
MARY: and tall shoes,
VALE: and walk-on-the-wall shoes.
MARY: We have red shoes,
VALE: and head shoes,
MARY: and down-the-hill-sled shoes.
VALE: We have blue shoes,
MARY: and BOO shoes,
VALE: and paddle-canoe shoes.
MARY AND VALE: Which shoes do you choose?
BEL: I want shoes that are slicky, not sticky.
VALE AND MARY: Hmmm. Let me see.
VALE: We have jog shoes,
MARY: and log shoes,
VALE: and hop-like-a-frog shoes.
MARY: We have tied shoes,
VALE: and wide shoes,
MARY: and carnival-ride shoes.
VALE: We have trail shoes,
MARY: and snail shoes,
VALE: and wind-in-your-sail shoes.
MARY: Which shoes do you choose?
BEL: I want shoes that are spiffy, not iffy.
MARY AND VALE: Hmmm. Let me see.
VALE: We have black shoes,
MARY: and snack shoes,
VALE: and ride-on-a-track shoes.
MARY: We have wet shoes,
VALE: and pet shoes,
MARY: and super-speed-jet shoes.
VALE: We have moon shoes,
MARY: and goon shoes,
VALE: and hot-air-balloon shoes.
ALL CLERKS: Which shoes do you choose?
BEL: I choose all these shoes.
MARY AND VALE: (gasp)
MARY: She bought the shoes and took them home.
MARY: And now the store has
MARY AND VALE: (to audience) NO MORE SHOES TO CHOOSE!
