EffecCveness The external evalua-on has come to the conclusion that the dissemina-on of IBSE across Italy has been very successfully implemented.
Impact When analysing the difference between the average confidence scores of all the teachers in the pre-‐and post-‐ques-onnaires there is a significant posi-ve difference on all the items surveyed especially when aspects of inquiry-‐based teaching are concerned.

Sessione 2 Come sono fatti? Si muovono troppo … come osservarli meglio?
Osservazione con lente d’ingrandimento e con steremicroscopio. Addormentare i moscerini per osservarli meglio
Sessione 3 Nei tubi c’è un solo animale o specie diverse? Come dimostrarlo?
Progettazione dell’investigazione. Identificazione delle fasi larvali.
Sessione 4 Moscerini e larve sono specie diverse? Raccolta dati sperimentali. Ricostruzione del ciclo vitale. Sequenza delle fasi della metamorfosi e loro durata.
Sessione 5 I moscerini non sono tutti uguali, alcuni sono più piccoli: non sono ancora cresciuti, sono specie diverse o di sesso diverso?
Investigazione sul dimorfismo sessuale. Incroci e osservazione della progenie.
Sessione 6 I moscerini non sono tutti uguali, alcuni hanno gli occhi bianchi, altri il corpo nero……
Osservazione di ceppi mutanti e loro classificazione sulla base delle caratteristiche visibili.
Sessione 7 Come sono i figli di moscerini ”diversi”? E i “nipoti”? Incroci ed interpretazione delle evidenze sperimentali.
Sessione 8 Come è possibile che da moscerini tutti con le ali curve possano essere nati moscerini con ali normali? Succede solo con questo tipo di moscerini?

Perciò si utilizzano le tecniche sperimentali di base in campo biologico e l’osservazione microscopica. La varietà dei viventi … introducono allo studio …della genetica mendeliana.
SECONDIO BIENNIO Si pone l’accento soprattutto sulla complessità dei sistemi e dei fenomeni biologici… sulle basi molecolari dei fenomeni stessi (struttura e funzione del DNA ..). Lo studio riguarda la forma e le funzioni degli organismi …
