Award: 1 @ $500
For many years, the Grand Island Little Theater (GILT) has awarded a scholarship to a graduating senior from one of the

of one of the founding members of the theater. According to those who remember Catherine well, she gave of herself to
the theater; she truly loved the arts, and was a volunteer in the true sense of the work. Rarely appearing on stage,
Catherine preferred to work behind the scenes, as a director, on the stage crew, in the box office, with the props, whatever
needed to be done.
