SEEDS EXCHANGE

• Just after the visit to Mosset (France) and having all the seeds from all partners CEA Camp Rodó organized with our learners at CEA Camp Rodó the activity FUE SEEDS EXCHANGE according to our FUE calendar.

SEEDS EXCHANGE

• DATE OF THE ACTIVITY: April 2010

• NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 25 learners and 6 teachers.

SEEDS EXCHANGE

METHODOLOGY:

• Organize 6 different teams of 5 people/each. One team for every partner country.

• Study and search the names of the plants and their main features on the internet.

• Write 6 different signs (one for every partner team) with the name of the country and the name of the different seeds. That is: “SEEDS FROM…”

METHODOLOGY:

• Plant the seeds in six different parterres. Each team is responsible to take care and to water them, etc.

• Take photos of the activity and prepare a power point presentation of the activity for the meeting in Italy.

…and write the signs with the names of the seeds provided by each partner.

RESULTS:• All learners were very excited and enjoyed the activity.• The baby plants have started to grow. • All learners have been given a “petunia” in a pot as a

prize for their motivation and interest.• The plants will be part of our Grundtvig FUE garden.
