The home was built on former public execution ground that was shut down after guy who was too tall for gallows swung back and forth for 35 minutes before he died.
P.S. Transplanted New Yorker Whaley said he didn’t believe in all that ghost stuff, got a real good price on the land.
P.P.S. Whaley changed his ghost tune after living there for a spell.
