A safe work environment sometimes is not always sufficient to control all electrical hazards. You must be very cautious to handle all the equipments.
Avoid touching energised electricity circuits because if something bad occurs you probably won't have second chance.

Disconnect power sources before servicing or repairing. Keep electrical stuff far away from yourself and your kids.
