List of SAFA Database & National coordinators

Preamble

The states participating the European SAFA programme perform ramp inspections on aircraft landing

in their territories. The ramp inspection reports are stored in a centralised SAFA database hosted by the

European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in Cologne.

Authorities and operators can apply online for direct access to their data stored in that database. Such

application will be assessed by the local aviation authorities which are responsible for the database user

management of the users within their authority and of their operators. Hence, in case of any issues

regarding the SAFA database access, users should contact their local SAFA Database coordinators.

This document, containing the contact details within aviation authorities for SAFA related matters, is

split into the following two sections:

1. The contact details for the SAFA Participating States

These States are members of the SAFA programme and perform SAFA ramp inspections. If

you have any questions related to the inspections performed by these states, or you have any

issues regarding the access to the SAFA Database, you may use the contact details listed

herein.

2. The contact details for the Guest organisations

Aviation Authorities in those states which are not participating in the SAFA programme may

obtain access to the SAFA Database in order to have a direct access to the data on their

operators. Once these authorities have access, operators in those states may also obtain access.

Users of these authorities and operators can find the contact details of their SAFA Database

coordinators in this section.

SAFA database; in that document you might already find the answers to your questions.
