from England!

Interesting Facts

Bout that Guy!

Optimistic... Optimistic...

Known for enthusiastic belches of

inspiration, like in the movie where

he screams "Freedom" defying rule before death.

Allegedly after the Battle of Stirling Bridge, William

skinned an English leader and made the skin into his

sword holder!

Mel Gibson Portrayed William in Braveheart. William's 64-

71 inch sword is as tall or taller than Gibson!

Challenges He Faced

He obviously always had the English haters who wanted him

dead.

He, like Mario, thought he had an alliance with the other councils, but they wanted

him gone.

Later in one of the wars, the Scots forged an

alliance with Ireland , who were English front, and

betrayed England.

Thanks William...

Scotland

became a free

country under Robert

the Bruce.

We have a hero

we look up to...Literally

This is a poem about a great manWho fought a great war to set free his land

And after he died for his part in the warPeople remember his Freedom and more.

Some say he killed his foeswith poison acid from his toesor fire from his eyes did come

and lightning said shot from his bum.

No matter superpowersor the fact he didn't take frequent showers

he's the reason Scotland's not lostmy hero William Wallace.

Unknown strength, courage and braverywere what he used in battle you see

nobody knew the good ol' boywould someday the English destroy.

Born in twelve hundred seventyhe rose a man of liberty

then he was peaceful guythat was until the arrows took flight.

He started out an innocentdid his chores and paid the rentthen came Edward's reign of hell

where William rang the freedom bell.

They killed his secret love to startso he killed their Sheriff of Lanark

along with his friends Hamish* and Steven toobrought down the house like an all night dance

crew.

He inspired every Scottish manand made sure they thought "yes I can"

so when it came to fight for rightsno one stayed back to fly their kites.

William Wallace led the chargeagainst an army three times as large

Stirling, Falkirk, Louden Hillhis kills totaled up to 'bout a mil.

Later in war betrayed by some flippin spivssaid "every man dies but not every man really lives"

that's all he said while inside his cellLet us just say I wouldn't've taken that well.

No matter how much they stabbed and they pulledwhile on that board he was his most bold

defying king Edward even in his deathyelled out his "Freedom" upon his last breath.

Sir Williams legacy doesn't end at the nooseor even as soon as his head did come looseHe had made friends with Robert the Brucewho honored William and gave no excuse.
