1. CAMPSITE check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 1:00 pm. CABIN/COTTAGE check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
2. The speed limit is 5½ mph. Please watch for little ones.
3. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. No radios or TVs.
4. Minors under 18 must be in the company of parents after 11:00 pm.
5. Fireworks and hand guns are prohibited.
6. Campfires are to be attended at all times and extinguished before retiring.
7. Do not cut, deface or damage trees, shrubs or vegetation.
8. Set garbage out to the edge of road between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm daily. Dumpster is located at west end field for trash removal at all other times.
9. Please recycle: Put aluminum cans, plastic and glass in grey plastic bags.
10. Nightly rates include: 2 adults, dependent children, 1 camping unit and your choice of 1 vehicle and 1 boat or 2 vehicles. All others will need to be parked in the overflow lot by the office. Additional parking permits can be purchased in the office.
11. Motorized Scooters and ATVs are not allowed in the park. Management reserves the right to deny the use of any vehicle within the park for any reason. Failure to obey can result in eviction from the park.
12. Bicycles are not to be used after dark. 13. No mini-bikes, motorized scooters or go-carts
allowed in the resort. 14. Generators are not to be operated. 15. It is prohibited by State Law to drain gray water at campsites. 16. Pets must be on an 8 foot leash at all times and not to be left
unattended at campsite. If you leave the campsite your pet must go with you even if it doesn’t bark. Pets are not permitted in any cabins, facilities, pool area or playground areas. Please clean up after your pet.
17. Clotheslines are not permitted. 18. Empty port-a-potties at dump station only. 19. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children. 20. Penalty for violation of any rule is eviction. 21. Dial 911 for fire, rescue/ambulance and police emergency. 22. Report any accident or injury to Ranger Station immediately. 23. Respect one another’s privacy. No shortcuts through
anyone’s site.

Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Fremont to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insets or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming or boating at the Camp-Resort or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
