Things You’re Going to Ask Us For

When starting to think about planning:

• Begin early (at least 12 months before Reunion)• Familiarize yourself with our resources • Don’t be afraid to ask questions

• Anything is possible (within limits☺).

The Alumnae Association Volunteer Resources website is designed with you in mind. • alumnae.mtholyoke.edu/volunteers/reunion-planning/• The Reunion Planning Handbook

You’ll find links to all the forms you need to submit to the Alumnae Association throughout the planning process . . .

• Starting in August of your planning year (next August, phew!), planners and class presidents receive monthly emails with instructions, reminders, and important links

• Timely correspondence is necessary for smooth sailing!

Other helpful documents on the Reunion Planning site include:

• Local Resource List (link)• Identifies nearby restaurants• Provides suggestions for florists, party vendors,

and other businesses• Lists important campus
