Determining a Solution

After much discussion, it appeared the well installationoption was not good due to the low production of anexisting nearby well.

ROTARY CLUBOf

SARATOGA

In addition, there does not appear to be any close local surface water supply available for treatment.

Determining a Solution

ROTARY CLUBOf

SARATOGA

The best solution: install piping to connect to anexisting treated water source

Above Ground Tank on a Hill

An above ground tank will be installed at the temple site to provide a reliable water supply with sufficient pressure

ROTARY CLUBOf

SARATOGA

Proposed Solution

Piping will be installed by a contractor to tank site (~1400 meters) and then to the village center (~1500 meters). At that point, villagers will hand dig to extend water main and provide services.
