Local e-Content is having big impact with regard to the free flow of information, but
not so much in the decision making processes…
Communication Channels are open, there is a Debate…

PHATIC – its only function is to perform a social task, as opposed to conveying information or initiation of
some sort of action.

There are channels but they are irrelevant in terms of communication…people tend to communicate with media as they feel powerless to make a stand for a
certain issue

Decentralization of Communication ongoing
New Communication Channels available
Effective Communication still lacking…
