• Will be submitted via ROSS to the Rocky Mountain Area Cache (RMK) with the exception of Mobile CacheVans, Radio Kits, IRAWS, PRAWS, Non-NFES items

• Please follow up with a phone call

Dispatch Centers will process cache supply orders for

• Type 1 & 2 IMTs from the onset until the IMT receives Delegation of Authority

- Direct to cache (S-100,000 Series)

• Type 3 & 4 incidents throughout incident

Notes:

Cache cannot accept requests from any source other than RMC, Unit Dispatch Centers, Expanded Dispatch Offices,Type 1 & 2 IMTs or other National Caches.

If a cache is Unable To Fill (UTF) a request, the cache may coordinate with the closest national cache to fill the order.

IMT Supply requests for non-NFES items (not listed in NFES Catalog) will be directed to the Buying Team or Dispatch.

INCIDENT TO CACHE RESOURCE ORDER

INCIDENT REPLACEMENT REQUISTION (IRR) INSTRUCTIONSTYPE 1 & 2 INCIDENTS

The incident Supply Unit Leader (SPUL) Responsible for• Handling IRR for Type I or II IMT assigned

- approval based on accountability sheets or other fire equipment inventory documents and approved by the requesting resource's home unit

Incident Supply Unit Responsible for• Filling IRR if equipment is available at incident

• Requesting equipment through cache to fill IRR for non demobilizing resource

• Submitting completed IRR to cache for demobilizing resource

Notes:Authorized approvals and signatures MUST be included on IRR for Type I & II incidents.

Approvals are limited to Incident Supply Unit Leader, Logistics Section Chief, Support Branch Director, Incident Commander or Agency Administrator or Representative.

Complete instructions are printed on the back of the IRR (Optional Form 315)

TYPE 3 & 4 INCIDENTSHosting Unit Agency Administrator or Representative (i.e., FMO) Responsible for

• Handling IRR on Type III and IV incidents- approval based on accountability sheets or other fire equipment inventory documents

and approved by the requesting resource's home unit

- Approving the IRR

Incident Host Unit Responsible for• Filling IRR if equipment is available at incident

• Requesting equipment through cache via dispatch (ROSS) to fill IRR for non demobilizing resource

• Submitting completed IRR to cache via dispatch (ROSS) for demobilizing resource
