Rotary Club Swimathon raising thousands of
pounds for local well-deserving charities. This

This Week’s Reminder: Presentation counts!
Keep your books tidy and always think about presentation
Your exercise books and folders • Will be used for revision for exams • Demonstrate how much you are learning • Contain advice from your teachers on how to
improve
So, remember it’s smart to be neat:
• Write neatly with a black or blue pen
• Underline titles and dates with a ruler
• Use a pencil for diagrams
• Stick in any worksheets so that they do not fall out
During half term, Year 10 students and five
members of staff went to Andorra for a six
day ski trip. They skied in breath-taking
scenery with many blue runs for beginners
and red and black runs for the more
experienced. Throughout the week, staff
organised a fun quiz night, a scavenger
hunt, a disco, and a shopping trip. Students
also visited an ice cave at the top of the
mountain. Students were an absolute credit
to the Collegiate! Mrs Chandler
