•Now is the time to prepare!!

Longhorn TrainingSummer Training

•Begin the week of June 5th through July 17. Cost $130.

•Strength and Conditioning Tuesdays and Thursdays

•Training will consist of sport specific training including plyometric training, speed and agility, core training, and weight training

•Open Gym Wednesdays 4:00-6:00

•Physicals must be on file before participating in any training

•We will communicate through email/website exact times

Summer CampsClemson Team Camp

•Team Camp is July 18-21 $335

•Registration and money due by April 27th to Mrs. Templeton

Lambert Training Camp•Lambert Camp June 18-21. Returning player volunteers are needed to work with the campers.

•We are also looking to hold an additional camp later in the summer for specialty areas (setters, hitters, libero)

Johns Creek Summer Volleyball League•July 9th – 12th

•Each team will play between 8-12 matches

•Times are between 4-9 pm
