ANNOTATION TOOLS

To make annotations on a photo or video, open your gallery by clicking the gallery icon on the right-hand side.

To change ownership again, simply repeat the process.

Click the photo or video on which you would like to make annotations. The media you select will open in the center console.

Your annotation tools are located at the bottom left of your Workspace.

Click the Flag icon to create a “Hotspot annotation”.

Hotspot Annotations allow you to associate a text or an audio comment with an annotation.

To make and Audio comment, click the microphone icon. Then hit record.

To make a freeform annotation, click the pencil icon. Draw directly on your photo or video.

To make a shape annotation, click the shape icon to open the menu. Select a shape from the menu and draw directly on your photo or video.

To make changes to color, opacity, and stroke weight, click the color wheel icon. Change colors by selecting a color from the gallery.

Adjust stroke weight and opacity by toggling the sliding bars. The top bar adjusts stroke and the bottom bar adjusts opacity.

To overlay a text annotation directly on the media, click the text icon. You will able to type directly on your photo or video.

To remove any annotations, simply right-click on the annotation you would like to remove and click DELETE.
