• Grow relationships between our communities and ACS, and help tell the ACS story

• Set up a 24-hour event home for all RFL details and messages

• Deliver current and consistent cancer information and mission delivery

•Emailing: From the Participant Center in Convio you can send one email to 250 recipients at once compared to 30 emails at one time in Kintera.

•Email templates: In the Participant Center in Convio you can save an unlimited number of custom email templates compared to 6 in Kintera.

•Team messages: Team Captains can post a message to their team members' Participant Centers (viewable when team member logs into their Participant Center).

Personalized messages to participants based on needed or completed actions•Team captains can log in and

leave messages to their team participants to remind and encourage

•Online Chairs can do the same for team captains

•Autoresponder messages to people thanking them for taking an action, e.g., making a donation, updating their page, reaching their goal)
