IngredientsRecipe of Peach Cobbler Jam

6-7 medium-size ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped (about 4 cups chopped) 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp allspice 1 tbs lemon juice 1/4 cup of raw honey

Instructions

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, stir in chopped peaches and lemon juice Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently With a potato masher, break down the peaches to desired chunkiness Add in the spices and vanilla Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking until mixture reduces and thickens Finally stir in honey Let simmer a few more minutes Remove from heat Allow to cool then store in refrigerator for about a week, or freeze in a sealed glass container (such as a mason jar) for a few months TIP: If fresh peaches are out of season, substitute with frozen sliced peaches (thawed)
