Recipe for Pizza
Kacper Wilczyński VI e
Components
Tomato sauce Toppings
- 1 tablespoon of oliva oil - Grated cheese - 1 onion (chopped) - Mushrooms - 400g tin of chopped tomatoes - Black olives - Mixed herbs - Salt and black pepper
1. Heat the oven to 230oC
2. Peal the chop the onion. If you peel onions under a tap, you won’t cry!
3. Slice the mushrooms.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion with some salt and pepper and fry gently.
5. Add the tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper and mix it all together.
6. Pour the tomatoe mixture into a saucepan and cook it for 10 minutes. It musn’t boil.
Kneading dough for pizza
7. Spread the sauce over the pizza base.
8. Sprinkle with the grated cheese, mushrooms and olives.
9. Put pizza in the oven and bake for 15- 20 minutes.
10. When it is ready and the cheese has melted, serve immediately.
