• 3 balls Cascade Yarns Lana Grande (3.5oz/100g ea approx. 87yds/80m, 100% Peruvian highland wool) in #6034 crimson• Size US 15 Knitting Needles• Cable Needle• Tapestry Needle• Spare Size US 15 Knitting Needle• Waste Yarn• Size M Crochet Hook
Gauge:• 8 sts and 11 rows / 4” in cable pattern
Approximate Finished Size:• 7” wide and 60” long before join
Abbreviations:• Cable front 16: sl 8 sts to CN, hold in front, k8, k8 sts from CN• Cable back 16: sl 8 sts to CN, hold in back, k8, k8 sts from CN
Cable Pattern:• Row 1 (RS): k1, p2, k8, cable front 16, p2, k1• Row 2 and all (WS) rows: k3, p24, k3• Row 3, 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23: k1, p2, k24, p2, • Row 13: k1, p2, cable back 16, k8, p2, k1• Repeat rows 1-24 for cable pattern
Instructions:• With waste yarn and crochet hook, provisionally cast on 30 sts• Begin chart, working 6 set up rows, then go into 24 row pattern repeat• Work chart until 2 yards of yarn remain or until desired length is reached, DO NOT BIND OFF• With RS facing and spare needle, 3-needle bind off ends together or kitchener ends together for seamless join• Weave in all loose ends with tapestry needle• Block lightly
