What is a Primate City?

P1 - is the population of the first ranked place

r - is the rank (determined by size)

Eg. City A has 900 000 people and is the first ranked city in the country. City B which is second to city A will have one-half the population of city A.

B = 900 000/2 = 450 000

What would be the population of City C (the third largest)?
