The term Ramadhan is literally driven from al-Ramd which means ‘burning heat of the
sun’.

The benefits of fasting are manifold. Fasting has personal, social,
hygienic and best of all spiritual benefits.
Prophet saw said: ‘Fasting is a shield with which a servant protects himself from the fire.”
Multiplication of Rewards: Doing good = 10x, 70x, 700x or more
during the month of Ramadhan.
