action plans proposed), Maximize Customer Satisfaction (# Repeat User, # Score on Customer Satisfaction Surveys), Speed!! Speed!! Speed!! (# Time to Market).

Omotenashi Killer Questions for Hiring

Purpose.

#3 SuperPoints for

employee who give s ideas to improve Shugi.

#4 Daily Managers

Reminder to put Shugi + Omotenashi on their

speechs, meeting, memos etc.

#5 Reward employees who helps bring more Shugi + Omotenashi people

to Rakuten.

#6 All new projects will

have Shugi + Omotenashi KPIs.
