THE “GMP” Green Manufacturing Process

Our choice is to create buildings cheaper and better than average. Our concept can be also mobile, simple, smart,

durable, attachable, detachable, resalable, hand portable mountable by itself or turnkey by road, very little impact on the

ground, natural light ....It is as individual or collective, professional, recreational, humanitarian.... One can easily add options

such as solar or wind energy.

We reduce the economic cost to the benefit of the majority of Ukrainian end-user customers while improving the quality

of services such as insulation, heating and ventilation.

Our choice is to deny the systematic use of chemical industrial materials (concrete, glass wool, rock wool, plastic, OSB

formaldehyde, solvents, additives ...) . The total financial cost of production is huge (water, electricity, pollution, transport...)

The final customer pays expensive and harmful products for health.

Our choices are professionals. They are neither extremist nor mystical; we are in the "energy transition". We actually

diminish the impact of chemicals in nature using quality natural products found all around us such as wood, straw, reed,

earth, lime, calories from land, air, rain wooden pallets or tires materials. or recycled as iron on our mobile version

(recyclable life to 100%)...

Currently, the percentage of the cost of labor is equal to approximately 50% of the cost of construction; the other 50%

are the materials. ECS3 change to 70/80 % of global labor costs (in the production + assembling) and only 20 /30% of cost

of materials.

We prefer to work with people on site who need and want, using their expertise, their experience, their skill and their

hands. We do not like the noisy machinery, energy, low quality, often expensive (purchase + maintenance) , manufactured

by " subhuman " several thousand miles ... When possible we prefer to make ourselves our hand tools on site.

The module manufacturing is industrial, 90% of factory work. Engineers consulting firm and helps control production.

Several "client building sites" can be made at the same time in the same place by different people.

No delay due to weather, precision and industrial quality of work, poor waste management organized factory, no loss of

time or risk due to transport of the equipment on site, calculation of all quantities is optimized to avoid waste, wasted time

and unnecessary equipment ...

ECS-3.COM Project is economic first, and then ecologic:

THE “GREEN MANUFACTORING PROCESS”

This process is the essential part of the project “ECS-3.COM”,

and consist of six activities:

- production of wooden frames

- production of straw panels

- production of reed panels

- plastering of protection layers

- manufacture of bricks and tiles made of clay

- production of fuel briquettes made of biomass
