The various stages of cost planning during the design & construction phases

Preliminary Estimate

Cost Plan

Cost Check

Tender Reconcilation

Post-Contract Cost Control

Using a single-price method of estimating

Based upon elemental analysis evolving cost target

Evaluating the design in term of the cost target

Comparison of the accepted tender with the final cost plan

The control of cost during construction

Provide full Estimating and Tendering solutions to clients, including Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors.

Estimating & Tendering for Main Contractors & Sub-Contractors

•  Builders Quantities produced from drawings and specifications •  Preparation and submission of accurate competitive estimates •  Following up on submitted tenders to secure projects for Clients •  Negotiating submitted contracts
