Q, What is Shiatsu Shiatsu is a Japanese Therapy
of keeping the body in harmony and balance, it treats the
fourteen meridian and the eight extraordinary meridians
Shiatsu works on the principle of keeping the Ki (chi) flowing
through the body, if Ki get blocked in a meridian it causes excess (Jitsu) which can cause pain and disharmony in the meridian, if the meridian is deficient (Kyo) it can cause a
feeling of being unwell, fatigue or tiredness.

About Dave Dave has studied the Japanese arts
for 50 years, at 9 years old he started studying Shotokan Karate which he still practices, He started studying Japanese meridian therapy in 2009,
first studying Shiatsu and Dr Manakas protocols, Dave then completed a qualification in
Toyohari meridian therapy in 2013.
