• How is the problem addressed today• By whom• Positioning of the solution of a 4 quadrant

chart (better, faster, cheaper)

Tips

• After each slide make sure the audience is with you and in agreement

• Your objective is to be asked for another meeting

• Even if you are refused, you want to know why• Have backup slides (technology)
