TASK 1 GENERATING A VOXELSCAPE FROM A DATABASE

Using the data that was given, I first changed the numbers to 0.1 to test out the area. When the code was saved, i realise that boxes that are spawn on the areas are areas where the colour number was above 0.1. Than I decided to test put the theory by changing the numbers increasingly and if expected the number of boxes would decrease as the number in the coding was increase.

Different from the first scene, the amount of boxes has decrease in amount as the coding stats that boxes can only be spawn at those area which number is greater than 0.2. That is why spaces in areas which are previously spawn has been remove because of that. coding.

1a.

Comparing the scene before. This time, I changed the coding to 0.4 a jump higher than the one previously where I increased by one times. We can see a big difference comparing to others. As the amount is higher, less boxes was being spawn in it.

1b.

The first geometry that I have tried was using sphere.

The second geometry that I tried was using cylinder. The cylinder was having a more interesting shape.

The third geometry I tried was capsule shape. Its somewhat like a combination of sphere and cylinder. A combination of the first two.
