Includes exhibits of evidence that sheriff deed signed by Thomas Rabette is invalid due to conflict of interest, contract bid rigging, pay to play kickbacks, government corruption, perjury, an unauthorized contract, and misappropriation of taxpayer funds by Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard and former Chairperson of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners, Bill Bullard Jr. (Bullard is now the County Clerk and Register of Deeds.) Shouldn't the County Executive, L. Brooks Patterson, had been auditing this contract so that more than $2.8 million in taxpayer funds wouldn't have been paid to an unlawful vendor ever since 2009?
