JACF | How To Choose Board Grade?

• Single wall - 3 ply– Economical and Reliable– Outer paper, a single layer of B flute corrugated

paper , layer of paper – E flute is used for making small boxes and – C flute is used where more strength and thickness

is required 

• Double Wall - 5 Ply– Strong and Resistant– Double walled corrugated carton – 3 layers of paper alternating between 2 layers for

corrugated paper.– Normally B+C flute . B+E where outer dimension is

critical

• When will we receive delivery?– We need your print matter to make an

artwork. – Artwork will be sent by email for your

approval– Artwork once approved & finalized by

you then sent for printing plates. – Then deliveries in UAE within 7 to 8

working days for the initial order. – For the repeat orders 4 to 5 days from

receipt of order and payment. – Ask us for more information
