Make a goal and develop a plan to reach it.

Encourage your members to share Key Club with a friend.

Retention:Keep the members up-beat, interested, and keep the service coming.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Responsibilities

Meetings:• Schedule• Organize• Attend ALL• Create agenda/presentation• Hold FREQUENT Officer

Monthly Responsibilities

Advisor and Lieutenant Governor.

Have at least one officer at each event.

Annual Responsibilities

Work on growth and retention plans

Improve Kiwanis Family connections.

Elect and train new officers.

Help plan service projects.

Annual Responsibilities

Attend DCON at the beginning and end of your term. (Recommended)

Assist secretary with Pride Reports & OIS Forms

Assist the treasurer with dues collection.

Send at least two delegates to DCON.

Advisors and Kiwanians!

They are both ex-officio members of your board.

The “key” to a successful working relationship is keeping them in the loop.
