The digestion
• Digestion is the process which converts food into simple substances, called nutrients, that our body can absorb through the blood.
Teeth
• Teeth are important for tearing, cutting and grinding food to prepare it for swallowing and digestion.

Circulatory System 1
• First,blood from the veina cava goes to the right atrium and then to the right ventricle.
When the heart pumps, the right ventricle pumps blood to the pulmonary arteries and then through capillaries into the lungs
Circulatory System 2
• In the lungs , blood exchanges carbon dioxide for oxygen.
Blood returns to the heart through the left atrium and then goes to the left ventricle.
Circulatory System 3
• When the heart beats,it pumps blood from the left ventricle to the aorta and to all the parts of the body.Blood moves through the heart in one direction.Valves between each atrium and ventricle keep blood from flowing backwards.

The heart is a hollow muscular organ. It pumps blood around the body through arteries, veins and capillaries.
The parts inside the heart are called right and left atriums, right and left ventricle and two valves
Diastolic and systolic movements
The heart has two movements: one when contracts, called systolic and the other when it dilates, called diastolic.

How we breatheOur respiratory system takes in
air and carries oxygen to our blood.
As our cells work they use the oxygen and produce carbon dioxide .
This waste gas leaves our body when we breathe out.
Breathe in breathe out
• When we breathe in, air goes through our nose into our throat. When we breathe out carbon dioxide leaves the body
Our body produces waste products during digestion
which are excrated or eliminated. The main
products are water,carbon dioxide and urea.

• We also eliminate salt, water and other minerals through the skin.
• Sweat is a salty liquid expelled through the skin.
VITAMINS
A vitamin is an organic compound required as a nutrient in tiny amounts by an organism. A
compound is called a vitamin when it cannot be synthesized in sufficient quantities by an organism,
and must be obtained from the diet.
Vitamin C
• Vitamin C or L-ascorbic acid is an essential nutrient for humans, in which it functions as a vitamin. Ascorbate (an ion of ascorbic acid) is required for a range of essential metabolic reactions in all animals and plants.
Vitamin A
• This vitamin plays a really big part in eyesight. It's great for night vision, like when you're trick-or-treating on Halloween. Vitamin A helps you see in color, too, from the brightest yellow to the darkest purple. In addition, it helps you grow properly and aids in healthy skin.
Vitamin K
• Vitamin K (K from "Koagulations-Vitamin" in German and Scandinavian languages) denotes a group of lipophilic, hydrophobic vitamins that are needed for the posttranslational modification of certain proteins, mostly required for blood coagulation
Vitamin D
• Vitamin D obtained from sun exposure, food, and supplements, is biologically inert and must undergo two hydroxylation reactions to be activated in the body.
A system which takes nutrients from food is the digestive system
