Wonderware InBatch StrengthsInBatch software excels at automating the simplest to the most complex
batch processes or when demanding high flexibility in recipe creationand modification.
• Empowers Process engineersto rapidly implement recipe changes ornew product recipes
• Maximizes production throughputthrough its multi-stream, multi-productbatch execution and automation capabilities
• Reduces compliance costwith a comprehensive electronic batch record,material genealogy, security system event trailand large set of reports

Batch Management
Recipe Management
Batch Management Systemsare traditionally composedof two subparts:
One assuring the creationand configuration of therecipes, and;
The other assuring theexecution of the recipes,i.e., driving the equipmentto make a product accordingto a production order.

following the ISA88 model enable out of the box capabilities in theRecipe editor and Batch execution logic
Benefits:
Easier Recipe modeling with single transfer phases in recipewith options for automatic or operator connection/targetselection (incl. source/target validation)
Connections are allocated and used for arbitration inBatch scheduling to optimize concurrent Batch management
Full detailed material tracking and reporting out of the box

Batch Scheduling
Slide 12
When the batch size entered is greater than the definedmaximum batch size of the recipe, the Batch Scheduler opens adialog box to confirm the splitting into multiple batches.
