The name means Loves You in Norwegian, and i feel that is a suiting name since the whole brand is developed around the theme that the cartoon face “Arild” loves your stuff.

The venture is a variety of products, form T-Shirts to iPhone covers. They all have the same design with variety of colors that the costumer can customize. The design will be a head and the text “loves your T-shirt” or “loves your IPhone” the text will say it loves that prod-uct.

My products are a set you can buy, that gives you the opportunity to get all your things to match up. its also an self-esteem booster. The product will always give you an compli-ment that it loves your T-shirt, coffee mug, sketchbook, etc.

Target audience/marketWho, specifically, will you sell/provide services to? How big this market? Why will they buy your product/service? How do you know this?

My target audience are boys and girls inn between 17 to 30. They like to wear T-shirts with puns and big prints on. They are not the people that shops at gucci and Louis Vuitton, they have a little bit shab-by clothing style, and are happy to go to the thrift shop to by clothes.

I need a functioning web site, to sell my products. Which I can easy get help to do by my good friend who are a very good coder. and I’m gonna make an facebook page to promote the products.

In the start i think i will use http://www.theprintbar.com/ to make my t-shirts, tank tops and sweaters. But if the popularity is getting bigger i might have to find a company in China to print in lager quantities, and getting a higher profitt.

I will in the start print by order, that way i don’t need a whole lot of capital to start up.

I need to find a good company that can print my iPhone covers, sketchbooks and cof-fee mugs. I also hope to strike a deal with theprintbar.com so they maybe can send my shirts and tanks, with my invoice. so I don’t need to get the item to me before i resend it to the cos-tumer.

DevelopmentWhat are the next steps needed to continue the development of your idea?

Getting some of the prototypes made and figure out prices, so i can make a little bit of profit. And i need to figure out all of the different colors that i will use on the products and the prints.

My marketing strategy is to start small and sell to friends and try to get the word out by word to mouth, I will have a facebook page so people

can follow what is going on and people can add thair pictures with the produckt up on the page.I will also have some comtests where you post for example a picture of you giveing a hug with the Loves your T-shirt or hoodie. and the happies pic-

ture win a new T-shirt or other products.

Other than that i will maby take contact with some retails so i can sell some of my products from thair store. (like cubic cøllection in Surfers

paradise)

One in five Australians are affected by mental illness every year, with one of the most common of these being depression. It touch-es people of all ages and from all walks of life, and places an enormous burden on individuals, families, workplaces and the health system.

Living with the ‘black dog’ (as Winston Churchill la-belled his depression) can be overwhelming, a feeling of being trapped in a dark haze. It can manifest as ex-treme lethargy, irritability or sadness. In extreme cases, it can result in thoughts of suicide or self-harm.

But there is hope.

The Black Dog Institute is a world-leader in the diagno-sis, treatment and preven-tion of mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder.

Founded in 2002, the Insti-tute combines expertise in clinical management with cutting edge research to develop new, and more ef-fective, strategies for people living with mood disorders.

Our research extends from risk identification genomic studies to development of websites to enhance mental resilience in teenagers. We are conducting clinical trials into new treatment meth-ods as well as conducting ground-breaking imag-ing studies to “see” what happens to the brain when depression strikes.

Whilst diagnosis and treatment is of utmost importance, the Black Dog Institute also places empha-sis on teaching people to recognise the symptoms of mood disorders in them-selves and others, as well providing them with the right psychological tools to hold the black dog at bay.
