Wicked Book Spine & Front Cover:
2011
This is a concept for a cover for the novel Wicked: the Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire. I used the title text to construct an illustration of a witch. In this image the spine is shown facing frontward.
Visual Communications Logo Design:
2012
This is a logo design for the Visual Communications program at Medicine Hat College. I wanted to represent the program with something distinct, playful and highly visable. The program’s abreviated title (V.C.) is created by the negative space between the shapes.

Template for Bandaid Folder:
2011
This is a template for a folder shaped like a giant bandaid, intended to carry brochures, mailers and order forms for a medical supply company. The template is shown here (left) as it would be sent to print. I designed the folder to have two centere panels and one back panel for smaller items. On the right are some explanatory sketches.
Word Inversion Logo:
2011
In this logo I used the arrow forms inherent in the letter N to create a movement connection between the two words.

Fakuda Shigeo Poster:
2012
I used the stylistic aspects of some of Shigeo Fakuda’s designs to create a unique poster design to promote an exposition of his work
The Look Book (Segments):
2012
These are samples of spreads from mini magazine I made to illustrate appropriate work wear for different stages of a job. I used the idea of paper dolls to supply myself with a variety of recurring motifs (and models).
