Form vs. ContentForm: This is what holds our attention and give the photo/objects in the photo you are looking at individuality.

Content: This is our understanding of the photo/object in the photo.

So, they both have to do with the artwork in front of you, yet, one is the attention and the other is the understanding.

Defining CompositionComposition is the placement or arrangement of visual elements.

Static CompositionStatic composition is when in a picture most of it is lines. Either horizontal or vertical.

Dynamic CompositionDynamic Composition gives excitement to pictures with diagonal lines, they make the lines seem natural, and able to flow through the picture.

ObjectivesThe objectives are to make your pictures better and improve your skills. All of these rules and systems will make you better at taking pictures and placing poses.
