Perfection Tattoo can be named one of the pioneers in the art of tattoo here in San Antonio. Before tattoos were even legal, Perfection was sharing their art with whoev-er was brave enough to go under the needle. When you walk into Perfection, you will hear the blues, see a wall full of art and notice a motorcycle sit-ting out front. They have “new standards of art, but old style,” said the owner, Shawn.
