Conclusions We would say that Pepsi Twist has gone to

decline stage BECAUSE:

There can be many resaons for the failureof a product like: Poor targeting, Poor

positioning, Cannibalization, launched at awrong time etc but limiting ourselves tothe factors and variables defined in theanalysis, it is clear that:

1. Its taste was very bad,2. Was not present at an arms lenghth.

3. Not satisfied with the quality.

4. Due to Citrus Fanta of Coke.
