• Dilate through struts of MB stent
• Deliver SB stent (proximal end of SB
stent 1 mm into MB)
• Deploy SB stent (balloon in MB)
• Pull back SB deployment balloon
slightly and kiss
• Exchange for non-compliant SB
balloon – 2 step SB dilatation (high
pressure in SB then Kiss)
TAP: T-stenting and small protrusion
