Abstract

We are making circuit breaker which is based on password. It is a

advance version of circuit breaker in emergency case when fault

will occur in the line then the circuit breaker automatically open and

if when the fault is not then if we want to open the circuit then firstly

give the password then it will open.

Components

1) Microcontroller

2) 16x2 LCD 3) Keypad (3*4)

4) D.C. Motor 5) L293D – Motor Driver IC

Circuit Explanation and Working

The circuit is design in such a way that

• All keypad pins connected at port 2.

• All LCD pins are connected at port 1, and read, write and enable

pin is connected at pin no. 5,6 and 7 of port 3.

• For motor direction control we are using L293D.

Advantage

It is fully automatic protected system which is used to safe our

electrical system at fault condition. If any outer person want to

disconnect the system or connect to system then it is a very

important to protect circuit breaker from them. So, password base

system is so important. Because we are using motor mechanism so it

also a safety feature from relay.

Conclusion

Thus we can say that how can we make a secure circuit breaker by

this we can develop a very secure system. that is very beneficial for

our system Because no one can inter fair in our system without our

permission that is very beneficial for our system.
