2017 Vision

2017: How Might We?• How might we explore community-level impact?

• How might we grow the diversity of our Partnership?

• How might we craft engagement opportunities for Partners with children?

• How might we draw in prospective Partners?

• How might we craft corporate partnerships for our Encore program?

• How might we formulate concrete measurement around our impact?

• How might we raise enough sponsorship funds to award $100K in Fast Pitch grants?

• How might we diversify our funding?

2017 Pilot

• How might we explore community-level impact?

Innovation Circles:

1. Community leaders identify community-wide stumbling blocks in their work & submit to SVP

2. SVP chooses 1-2 to start & goes through learning/empathy journey with the leaders that submitted

3. SVP creates a team of Partners and community leaders to address this stumbling block

4. The team creates prototype & invests seed funds to test

5. Test the idea & measure results

6. If it works, pitch to funders for scale; If it fails or needs more testing, go back to step #4
