With the exception of the LBJ Student Center and Edward Gary Street Garages, and vehicles displaying a pay-and-display temporary permit, every vehicle parked on university property by a student, faculty or staff person must be registered with Parking Services and properly display a Texas State physical or virtual parking permit.

Parking permits are valid for the academic year beginning the Monday after summer commencement of the previous academic year.

Parking rules are enforced every day of the year.
