Upgrade 12.1.0.2 to 12.1.0.3
Consideration:
1. Ensure that the tables in the repository do not contain and snapshot.
Verification:
If there are any rows returned, drop snapshots as below
SQL> Drop snapshot log on <master>
2. Copy emkey from the existing Management Repository
3. Shut down all agents that will upload data to this OMS
4. Stop BI Publisher attached to this OMS
5. Install Em12c Release 3, in upgrade mode

Upgrading Management agent:
Click add and search for the agent needs to be upgrades
Agent should be UP else you cannot find it in the search results.
