This bigger, better business will be called Optimal Experience and we’ll start with

a team of 25 in Sydney, Wellington, and Auckland (and we plan to grow even

more!)

Our clients have been challenging us to apply our design thinking approach to

bigger and more wicked problems, and the new Optimal Experience team is

up for the challenge!

Just like before, our mission will be to transform client organisations into

providers of world-class experiences.

In the upcoming weeks we’ll be rolling out the new name across New Zealand. But don’t worry, our old email addresses

and phone numbers will continue to work. There’s just a shiny new sign

above the door!
