● 3 teams of 1 mapper, 1 photographer Local youth members of Map Kibera

● Location collected w/ GPS● More than 50 attributes surveyed on

each school, based on stakeholders● Photos of each school● Edited and uploaded into OpenStreetMap

Observations from data collection:

Data collection is opportunity to advocate, and bring schools into

process.

Some data is easier than others (fees, images)

Results

> 250 schools> 50K students> 2K teachers
