Location and Access
The property is located northeast of Beardmore, Ontario (Fig 1). Locally all of the work
was performed within Irwin Township on leased claims that are north east of the village
of Beardmore, Ontario. Beardmore is a railroad/forestry town located on Highway 11
approximately 180 kilometers northeast of the city of Thunder Bay in the district of
Thunder Bay. Beardmore provides all required service for mineral exploration in the
area. The property is accessed by travelling east of Beardmore for fifteen kilometers on
Highway 11 to the Windigokan Lake Road turnoff. Travel north for 12 kilometers to the
Brookbank property and then 1.5 kilometers west on an ATV trail to the excavations.
Property Outline
Power stripping, was completed on seven locations (A to G) between Knox Lake and
Windigokan Lake, Irwin Township, Ontario (Fig 2). Zone A is the most northern trend
comprising Trench A, B and C; Zone B is the central trend comprising Trenches D and
E; and Zone C is the southern most trend comprised of Trenches F and G.

Property Tenure
The survey covered 3 leased mining claims recorded in good standing in the District of
Thunder Bay. All the claims lie within Irwin Township (G-164) and are recorded in the
names of both Metalore Resources Limited (260Xo) and Ontex Resources Limited (7407o).
The work completed by Ontex Resources Limited is part of an earn-in agreement
between the two companies.
The claims and the total excavations per claim are listed in Table 1.

Previous Work
While numerous programs for gold exploration have been ongoing since 1985 in the
Brookbank camp, the main exploration in the vicinity of the power-stripping program
includes:
1985: Geological mapping and sampling by B. Kowalski for Metalore Resources Limited
2001: Power stripping (as close as 100 meters east of Zone B, Trench D) which
yielded 7.44 gm Au/ton from a four kilogram grab sample.
Personnel and Dates of Work ^ :
Power stripping occurred from July 7 to July 16 (10 hrs/ day minimal) in the west Irwin
Township area as shown on accompanying map sheet. Only bucket washing of outcrop
was conducted in this area as intermittent downpours allowed fairly good cleaning of
outcrop following excavation activities.
Marc Cote (Cote's Backhoe Service) was contracted by Ontex Resources Limited to
conduct power stripping and trenching in the Irwin Township area. Marc Cote utilized a
tracked CASE Drott 50 excavator with re-enforced 1.2 yard bucket from his equipment
park in Jellicoe, Ontario, 45 minutes from the Ontex/Metalore property boundaries.
The geologist spent two days in the field in preparation for the excavator to power strip
particular areas. Old ^ 50 year) debris-covered blast pits were first located, and easily
accessible routes, through swamps and up S down various rock and sand grades were
planned out so that maximum time would be spent on power stripping. Armen Chilian,
the author of this report, is solely responsible for the sampling and mapping of these
excavations, which he supervised.

Property Geology and Significance
The area south of Knox Lake is underlain by east west trending mafic volcanics and
minor gabbroic intrusives. These rock units are part of the Archean suite of the
Beardmore-Geraldton Greenstone Belt. Regionally, this gold bearing greenstone belt is
comprised of a sequence of mafic to intermediate volcanics with distinctive clastic
sedimentary packages. The contacts between the volcanic and sedimentary facies are
frequently marked by regional fault or shear structure known to be important to the
genesis of the gold deposits.
The main purpose of excavation was to investigate three dilatant zones that occur south
of the main Cherbourg mineralized zone. The Cherbourg mineralization zone, which is a
shear zone hosted silicification and pyrite enriched zone occurring solely within mafic
volcanics contains an inferred resource estimate of 215,000 tons grading 6.8 g/t
(47,000 contained oz Au) and an indicated resource estimate of 133,000 t grading 7.2
g/t ( 30,800 contained oz Au). The Cherbourg zone was used as a model for mineral
exploration since it is one of many shears that occur within a package of regionally
metamorphosed (chlorite/epidote predominant alteration) weakly to moderately foliated
mafic volcanic.
These three southern zones occur in an area that appears to have been influenced by
north-south stresses. Previous sampling by B. Kowalski in a 1985 geological survey in
this area yielded values as high as 1.89 oz Au l ton.
Observations
Figure 3 shows the cumulative results of plotting GPS locations for both points of each
trench and noting the strike and dip of foliation. Not only are high grade ^0.30 oz
Au/ton) values encountered in the sampled zones but by and large a vertical to northern
dip is also attributed to each of these zones. The northern dip is significant because

due to drilling of the Cherbourg zone (to the north) it is a well-established fact that it dips
south.
On surface it would appear that the thickest area of mineralization occurs on the 'B 1
Zone in Trench D, which is 1.2 meters in true thickness. On one side of this zone, two
samples (5365 and 5366) yielded values of 22.49 and 38.5 gms Au/ ton respectively.
Gold values are also consistent within each trench area. It appears for example that in
Trench D values are at a higher grade level than say in Trench E, although similarly
high. And in Trench G, the two samples (5374 and 5375), although almost two meters
apart yield 11.02 and 12.82 gms Au/ ton respectively. Again in Trench A samples 5354,
5355 and 5356, although each is separated by several meters from the other, they yield
relatively the same value of gold (8.16, 9.45 and 9.81 gms Au/ton respectfully).
Conclusions
It would be reasonable to predict that perhaps both the shearing and mineralized
silicious zones to the south would converge at depth with the Cherbourg zone (to the
north). Thus significant discover could be potentially waiting at depth in this area.
Either channel sampling or very short and shallow drilling could confirm widths over
which high grade values occur.
