College to College Transcripts

Benefits• Cost efficient• Instant electronic delivery between Oklahoma Colleges and

Universities, Technology Centers, and Oklahoma’s Promise.

Current recipients include:• OSU-Stillwater, Rose State College, SWOSU, Cameron

University, Moore Norman Tech Center, and Oklahoma’s Promise.

Requests from Colleges

• Colleges will be able to request transcripts from one another through the college to college transcript exchange as well.

• The Control Center contains the features to request a transcript from another college.

• Only Colleges participating in the college to college transcript exchange will be able to request transcripts from other colleges.

Processing on the main menu.

• In the College Transcripts section of the submenu, click Transcript Dashboard, Send Transcripts or Received Transcripts to display the screens shown here.

Recruitment Feature• To activate the feature in

the Control Center, the colleges should go to Outreach> Prospect Preferences from the menu bar.     

• Once the colleges have their preference set to Yes, they can download contact lists of OKcollegestart users who have requested to be recruited.
