For immediate service, current students are strongly encouraged to submit their request via ZipLine.

1. Requests MUST BE SIGNED prior to processing. Requests WILL NOT BE PROCESSED if the form is incomplete. 2. All financial obligations must be satisfied before the official academic transcript is released.3. Transcripts are processed within 1 business day of receipt. 4. Transcripts sent directly to a student are marked “ISSUED TO STUDENT” and may not be accepted by a third party.5. Please provide all *REQUIRED information and print legibly.

Submit your request using one of the following options:

1. Submit your signed request to the Student Services Center in the lobby of Simmons Hall. Submitting your request in person does not expedite its fulfillment. Official academic transcripts are not produced on-the-spot.

2. Fax your signed request to Transcript Request at 330-972-6097.3. Mail your signed request to Transcript Request, The University of Akron, Akron, OH 44325-6208.4. Scan and email your signed request to transcripts@uakron.edu.
